My resolution is to learn to make some money for my baby sister. I need to do that because my little sister needs some diapers. If she doesn’t have on a diaper she would pee on herself. My little baby sister’s name is Syonna. If I can do just what I said, then my mommy wouldn’t be worrying. She would be so proud of me. I think I can do this.
Joshua
Sitting there. I’m just there waiting for signups for football. I saw a boy two times my size. I thought, Will I get crushed? I signed up. I thought I could do it. I think I can.
I did it, plus I made captain of defense. I got a QB sack. I jumped up and down and it was game. My mom and dad were proud of me .We went home and played football for ½ hour. I was proud of myself. That was the happiest day of my life. Then football season was DONE. I was sad, because I loved football.

I think I can become a NFL player for the Pittsburgh Steelers. If I played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, I would look like an angry black man that looks like he missed lunch; an angry black man that looks like Ray Lewis with burnt eye brows. My skin color would be black as tires. On the team my position would be running back or nose guard.
The team Pittsburgh Steelers will be undefeated for three seasons straight. We would have over one million fans screaming DEFENSE! They scream, “Let’s go, defense!” I’ll be a legend or hall of famer as number 36 Kestin McClain. They will remember the time I hit the running back so hard that he thought he got struck by lighting. All when I’m a Pittsburgh Steeler.

When I was 5 years old, I didn’t know how to swim. I was in Oak Glen, California at a pool. I tried to jump, but I always went back like this. Well, like you saw me. I always said I think I can, I think I can. When I said it like 100 times, my mom pushed me, and I felt like I was doing martial arts. That was the time I knew how to swim.
A Famous Singer by Hope
I want to become a famous singer because I like to sing. That is my favorite thing to do. My mamma said once, “I’m trying to sign you up for America’s Got Talent.” I was shaking. I told her, “Mamma, I want to, but I have to get used to singing.” Then she said, “How about your sister singing with you?” I told her, “YES! But I have to practice first!”
After school my family was waiting on me. When I got in the car my favorite song came on. I started to sing. My mamma asked if I was ready. My family said, “Start singing.” So I started singing. They started to make a beat, so I started singing louder, just getting ready for my big day, one day to come.
After that we went to celebrate. It was really fun because we went to the skating rink. They were playing songs and I started to sing. The person playing songs heard me singing and asked me to sing on the microphone. That let me know that I’m on my way to becoming a famous singer!

The time gave myself a second chance I was in the gym playing basketball. I said, “I think I can make a ½ court shot.” I looked at the goal and said “I think I can” again. I walked back and ran up to the ½ court mark. I shot and Isaiah said, “Come on, Jahkeem! I think you can!”

The first time I got a gymnastics
book I looked at
the index and saw cartwheels.
I knew that cartwheels
are related to round offs. Then
I saw how to do a round off. It
seemed pretty easy but when I tried
it, I was so scared. My eyes were wide,
mylegs were shaking. I said to myself
as I was running "I THINK I CAN!" People
cheering for me. As I was running I had
my hands up as high as they could go, then I went
down and touched the ground. It felt like I was doing
a cartwheel and when I was done my legs springed down.
That was easy, I thought! It was a piece of cake. I guess cheering did
work and it was easy after all .

I think I can become a fashion designer. I want to because I like playing dress up games on the internet, playing dress up D.S games and dressing up my dolls. I like to daydream about me being a fashion designer and making fancy designs. I even like decorating houses on the internet and on my D.S games. It feels like I’m in the game dressing myself up and decorating my own house. The people in the game are fairies. In the game fairies are helping new fairies to get items to buy things. I want to be a fashion designer because it seems fun dressing up people and fairies. That is why I want to be a fashion designer.

I would be 21 years old. I would use a needle, and an x-ray machine. I would work at Western Baptist Hospital. If someone would come to the hospital not feeling good I would be on the job. If there were a delivery I would be on it. I would be a good person for the job. I have always said I think I can. That’s why I think I can.

There it was - my bike. My bike had red flames and it was orange. It was taller than me and it had training wheels on it. I was afraid to ride it but I got on it.

I was sleeping in bed, asleep I felt like I was dead. All of a sudden I heard a noise. I went downstairs to play with my toys. Then I saw a big shadow. I know it wasn’t mine. it was very spooky. I looked in my Mom’s room. She wasn’t there! I looked in my brother’s room but he wasn’t there. I looked behind me. It was an alien in a spaceship. I screamed to the top of my lungs. Then he zapped me. I went to a strange place. When I got out I opened my eyes. I realized it was just my parents and my brother. They played a trick on me!
